• Browse and claim gifts for events
• Send invitations to guests
• Share event details with friends and family
• Manage gift preferences and categories

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of ShubhGift, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

All content on ShubhGift, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of ShubhGift or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on ShubhGift. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

6. Gift Registry and Claims

6.1 Event Creation

Event owners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information
• Managing their gift registry
• Setting appropriate privacy settings
• Maintaining their event details

6.2 Gift Claims

When you claim a gift:

• You commit to purchasing and bringing that gift to the event
• The event owner will be notified of your claim
• You may unclaim a gift if you change your mind
• We are not responsible for any disputes between guests and event owners

6.3 No Purchase Obligation

ShubhGift is a coordination platform only. We do not sell products, process payments, or guarantee that claimed gifts will be purchased. All purchase transactions occur between users independently.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as Amazon product pages). We are not responsible for:

• The content or privacy practices of third-party sites
• Product availability, pricing, or quality
• Transactions made on third-party platforms
• Issues arising from third-party services

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHUBHGIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
